Fish cabinets have to do two impossible things at once: hold crushed ice on a stainless bed at +1 °C, and drain every drop of melt without staining, corroding or pooling. Ours solve both.

Every Hemco fish cabinet ships with an anti-corrosion AISI-316L wetted bed (not 304), gravity-drain to a sealed trap, and an optional IoT drain sensor that pages the kitchen manager before overflow — never after.
