Why AirPure

Every commercial kitchen built in the last century has started with the same question: where does the duct go? Heritage buildings, basements, malls, cruise ships, airports, penthouses  vast footprints of unusable space, locked out of foodservice because of a single invisible constraint. AirPure ends that constraint. The four-stage bank inside the hood finishes the work the air needs, and the cooking line finally follows the customer.

Stage 01

Stainless grease baffle.

A tool-free AISI-304 baffle slows and cools the extracted air, condensing grease into a captured cup. Dishwasher-safe every service, zero consumable cost.

Stage 02

Fibreglass pre-filter.

A honeycomb fibreglass mat traps micro-droplets that survive the baffle. Protects the downstream HEPA from premature loading — tripling its service life.

Stage 03

HEPA H13.

True HEPA H13 media removes 99.95 % of airborne particles down to 0.3 µm — the same grade used in operating theatres and semiconductor cleanrooms. Smoke particles, fine aerosols, sub-micron carbonised cooking oil.

Stage 04

Activated carbon.

A pelletised coconut-shell charcoal bed scrubs odours, VOCs and the organic compounds HEPA can't catch. The air that re-enters your kitchen is cleaner than the room it came from.

Safety

The hood watches
the kitchen.

AirPure is interlocked with the cooking equipment it serves. If a filter is missing, clogged or saturated — the equipment will not energise. If a thermal event is detected — ANSUL engages and the cooking line cuts out.

    Continuously monitored. Early-warning LED flags filter replacement before performance drops.

  • Filter-status interlock

    Cooking equipment disables if a filter is missing or saturated — mandatory under UL 710B.

  • ANSUL fire-suppression

    Self-contained ANSUL bay. Manual fire-pull. Full Chapter 13 NFPA 96 compliance.

  • Thermal interlock

    On activation, the cooking circuit is interrupted at the appliance — no human action required.
