Open-Burner Gas
The backbone of the hot line.
Brass-crown open burners, 7 → 10.5 kW per ring, pilot-flame-safety standard. Drainage channel integrated into the countertop. Available 2, 4, 6 ring in 900 and 700 series footprints.
Solid-Top
Even heat, every inch.
Solid-top gas ranges offer a single continuous cast-iron cooking surface — zoned heat from 150 → 350 °C across the plate. Ideal for brigade-style stock work and low-and-slow service.
Fry-Top & Grill
Smooth, grooved, chromed.
Fry-tops in smooth, grooved and chromed variants for steak, teppanyaki and breakfast line. Integrated water channel on the chromed variant washes grease away, every order.
Salamander & Grill
Finish. Glaze. Char.
Infrared salamanders, radiant grills, and lava-rock chargrills — 7 → 12 kW, adjustable height, 60 → 90 second preheat. Specified across steakhouses, banquet lines and show kitchens.
