01 Press & cut
AISI-304, sheet to form.
CNC laser cutting, hydraulic press brake forming, automated punching. Every blank is traceable — sheet batch, press, operator, date — for warranty-long tracking.
02 Weld & grind
TIG-welded, mirror-ground.
Every exposed seam is TIG-welded, then ground to 180/240/320 grit or mirror polish. No pitting, no discolouration, no food traps. We photograph every critical seam before it leaves the bench.
03 Assemble & test
Built, wired, pressure-tested.
Electrical, gas, plumbing all assembled in-house. Each machine is full-load tested — gas at 1.5× working pressure, electrical at insulation resistance, refrigeration at leak-down. Nothing leaves the factory untested.
04 Pack & ship
Crated for the kitchen, not the ocean.
Marine-grade crating with foam shock-isolation, climate desiccant and lift-point stickers. Symphony Monoblock ships already welded — we never weld on site.
