Hemco founded
The group is incorporated in India. A single press shop, a handful of engineers, a long-term bet on indigenous manufacturing.
2001
Institutional kitchen
Our first institutional kitchen line — preparation, distribution and heavy-duty cooking for large-scale caterers.
2008
First export
Hemco steel crosses its first border. The beginning of an international footprint that would grow, market by market, for the next two decades.
2013
Bhutan
First installation in Bhutan — high-altitude hotel and institutional kitchens across Thimphu and Paro.
2017
Nepal
Kathmandu hospitality corridor and cross-border project execution. Hemco becomes the subcontinent's go-to integrator.
2021
HemcoMind launches
Our kitchen-intelligence platform ships with every connected unit — live telemetry, HACCP dashboards, predictive maintenance. The first commercial kitchens that think for themselves.
2024
Japan
Tokyo distribution, hotel and institutional kitchens. Japan's quality bar becomes the Hemco export standard.
