01 Block type
Island, wall, peninsula.
Choose central (island) or wall-hugging configurations across the 900 and 700 series. Mix the two for a 900+700 hybrid — 930 + 100 + 730 mm — common on hotel back-of-house show kitchens.
02 On worktop
Gas, induction, fryer, pasta.
Combine from our full catalogue — 4-burner gas, 4-zone induction, twin-tank fryer, pasta cooker, bratt pan, salamander, smooth or grooved fry-top, neutral rests. Each module slots into the Monoblock worktop seamlessly.
03 Under worktop
Neutral or refrigerated.
Add ambient drawer stands, neutral cabinets, or refrigerated stands (doors or drawer variants) to turn dead space into cold prep. Every stand arrives matched to its countertop module.
04 Verticality & finish
Supports, taps, plugs, plinth.
Standard uprights, supports with taps, supports with plugs, bespoke supports for iHEMCO ovens or salamanders — and racks in between. Every exposed edge ground, polished or satin-brushed to match.
